Als Legal Counsel bij Coolblue duik je dagelijks in commerciële contracten, van softwarelicenties tot inkoopovereenkomsten. Je ondersteunt collega’s met juridisch advies waar ze echt iets aan hebben. Je overlegt met leveranciers, onderhandelt over contracten en signaleert juridische risico’s. Ook speel je een rol in grotere projecten, zoals een overname of nieuwe wetgeving rond e-waste. Je werkt samen met collega’s van onder andere Legal, Inkoop en Coolblue Energie. Zo maak je Legal bij Coolblue elke dag een beetje beter. |

Wij zijn op zoek naar een ambitieuze Legal Counsel ter vervanging van de vertrekkende Legal Counsel. Met 63 vestigingen in Nederland en een online bedrijf dat in het buitenland gevestigd is, heeft de Juridische afdeling te maken met een grote verscheidenheid aan juridische vraagstukken. Vrijwel alle rechtsgebieden komen voorbij, waarbij de kansspelwetgeving, bestuursrecht, AVG, arbeidsrecht en contractenrecht de meest voorkomende zijn. De lijnen zijn kort en van de Legal Counsel wordt gevraagd om met de business mee te denken, ondanks de grote hoeveelheid regels waar wij als bedrijf mee te maken hebben. Wij zijn een echt mensenbedrijf en vinden persoonlijke ontwikkeling en groei belangrijk.
